The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "I am closer to every believer than his own self. Whoever leaves behind a debt or dependents in need, the responsibility falls to me. Whoever leaves behind wealth, it goes to his heirs. I am the guardian of the one who has no guardian, inheriting his wealth and ransoming him from captivity. The maternal uncle is the guardian of the one who has no guardian, inheriting his wealth and ransoming him from captivity."

قال رسول الله ﷺ أنا أولى بكل مؤمن من نفسه فمن ترك دينا أو ضيعة فإلي ومن ترك مالا فلورثته وأنا مولى من لا مولى له أرث ماله وأفك عانه والخال مولى من لا مولى له يرث ماله ويفك عانه
