Ubayd bin Fayruz reported,

I asked Bara bin Azib what is not permissible as a sacrificial animal. He said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ stood among us, and my fingers are shorter than his fingers and my fingertips are shorter than his fingertips, and he said, 'Four kinds are not permissible as sacrificial animals,' and he said, 'The one-eyed animal whose blindness is obvious, the sick animal whose illness is obvious, the lame animal whose limp is obvious, and the emaciated animal that has no marrow.'"I said, "I dislike that there be any defect in the teeth."He replied, "What you dislike, leave it, but do not forbid it for anyone else."

عن عبيد بن فيروز قال

سألت البراء بن عازب ما لا يجوز في الأضاحي فقال قام فينا رسول الله ﷺ وأصابعي أقصر من أصابعه وأناملي أقصر من أنامله فقال أربع لا تجوز في الأضاحي فقال العوراء بين عورها والمريضة بين مرضها والعرجاء بين ظلعها والكسير التي لا تنقى قال قلت فإني أكره أن يكون في السن نقص قال ما كرهت فدعه ولا تحرمه على أحد
