He said, Dawud informed me of this hadith with its chain of transmission, saying that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ divided it equally. The hadith of Khalid is more complete.
حدثنا هارون بن محمد بن بكار بن بلال قال حدثنا يزيد بن خالد بن موهب الهمداني قال
قال أخبرني داود بهذا الحديث بإسناده قال فقسمها رسول الله ﷺ بالسواء وحديث خالد أتم
[Sahih] See the two preceding hadiths. Bayhaqi also narrated it in Dalail Nubuwwah 3/136, from the hadith of Abu Dawud, with the same wording.
