The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The day of Arafah, the day of sacrifice, and the days of tashriq are our festival, the people of Islam. They are days of eating and drinking."
حدثنا الحسن بن علي حدثنا وهب حدثنا موسى بن علي ح و حدثنا عثمان بن أبي شيبة حدثنا وكيع عن موسى بن علي والإخبار في حديث وهب قال سمعت أبي أنه سمع
قال رسول الله ﷺ يوم عرفة ويوم النحر وأيام التشريق عيدنا أهل الإسلام وهي أيام أكل وشرب
[Its chain is hasan] Tirmidhi collected it, Fasting, chapter on the dislike of fasting on the days of Tashriq, no. 773, from the hadith of Waki, with this chain, and he said, hasan sahih. Nasai also narrated it, no. 3007.
