Abu Hurayrah reported that he heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, when the verse concerning the Mutalaineen was revealed, "Any woman who introduces into a family someone who does not belong to it has no standing with Allah, and Allah will never admit her into His Paradise. And any man who denies his own child while looking straight at him, Allah will veil Himself from him and expose his disgrace before the first and the last."
[Its isnad is hasan] Nasai narrated it in the Book of Divorce, chapter on the severity of disowning a child, no. 3511, from the hadith of Yazid bin Abdullah bin Had, using this same wording. Ibn Majah also narrated it, no. 2743, from the hadith of Saeed Maqburi, using this same wording. Ibn Hibban graded it sahih (Mawarid) 1335, as did Hakim, who said it meets the criteria of Muslim, 2/202, 203, and Dhahabi agreed with him.Abdullah bin Yunus's hadith is hasan according to the correct view.
