An Arabi came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "My wife has given birth to a black boy, and I do not acknowledge him as mine." He then mentioned the meaning of it.
حدثنا أحمد بن صالح حدثنا ابن وهب أخبرني يونس عن ابن شهاب عن أبي سلمة
أن أعرابيا أتى النبي ﷺ فقال إن امرأتي ولدت غلاما أسود وإني أنكره فذكر معناه
Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Adherence to the Quran and Sunnah, chapter on comparing an established principle to a clearly stated principle... etc., hadith 7314, and Muslim narrated it in the Book of Lian, chapter 1, hadith 1500/20, both from the hadith of Abdullah bin Wahb, with the same chain.
