When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ married Umm Salama, he stayed with her for three nights, then said, "You are not of little worth to your husband. If you wish, I will spend seven nights with you, but if I spend seven nights with you, I will spend seven nights with each of my other wives as well."
حدثنا زهير بن حرب حدثنا يحيى عن سفيان قال حدثني محمد بن أبي بكر عن عبد الملك بن أبي بكر عن أبيه
أن رسول الله ﷺ لما تزوج أم سلمة أقام عندها ثلاثا ثم قال ليس بك على أهلك هوان إن شئت سبعت لك وإن سبعت لك سبعت لنسائي
Muslim narrated it in the Book of Breastfeeding, Chapter on the duration a virgin or previously married woman is entitled to have her husband stay with her following the wedding, h: 1460, from the hadith of Yahya Qattan, through this same chain.
