Her father gave her in marriage when she was previously married, and she disliked this. So she came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and mentioned it to him, and he annulled the marriage.
حدثنا القعنبي عن مالك عن عبد الرحمن بن القاسم عن أبيه عن عبد الرحمن ومجمع ابني يزيد الأنصاريين
أن أباها زوجها وهي ثيب فكرهت ذلك فجاءت رسول الله ﷺ فذكرت ذلك له فرد نكاحها
Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Nikah, Chapter "If a man marries off his daughter while she is unwilling, her marriage is void," hadith no. 5138, from the hadith of Malik through this same route. It is also found in Muwatta (Yahya): 2/535.
