The Prophet ﷺ said, "Any woman whose two guardians give her in marriage belongs to the first of them, and any man who sells the same item to two buyers, it belongs to the first of them."
حدثنا مسلم بن إبراهيم حدثنا هشام ح و حدثنا محمد بن كثير أخبرنا همام ح و حدثنا موسى بن إسمعيل حدثنا حماد المعنى عن قتادة عن الحسن
عن النبي ﷺ قال أيما امرأة زوجها وليان فهي للأول منهما وأيما رجل باع بيعا من رجلين فهو للأول منهما
[Hasan]. Transmitted by Tirmidhi, in the Book of Marriage, chapter on what has been reported concerning two guardians each marrying off (a woman), hadith no. 1110, and Nasai, hadith no. 4686, and Ibn Majah, hadith no. 2190, from the hadith of Qatada, by way of the narration of Hasan from Samura, from his book, and narration from a written book is sound according to the majority of hadith scholars.
