Abdullah said, "We would not perform ablution because of stepping on something impure, nor would we tuck up our hair or our garments during prayer."
حدثنا هناد بن السري وإبراهيم بن أبي معاوية عن أبي معاوية ح و حدثنا عثمان بن أبي شيبة حدثني شريك وجرير وابن إدريس عن الأعمش
قال عبد الله كنا لا نتوضأ من موطئ ولا نكف شعرا ولا ثوبا
[Its chain is daif] Ibn Majah narrated it in the Book of Purification, Chapter on Gathering One's Hair and Garment During Prayer, no. 1041, from the hadith of Abdullah bin Idris, with this wording. Sulayman Amash was uncertain about who reported it to him, so the chain is defective.
