Abu Rafi said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ did not order me to have him stay there, but I pitched his tent and so he stayed in it."Musaddad said, "He was in charge of the Prophet's ﷺ baggage."Uthman said, meaning at al-Abtah.
حدثنا أحمد بن حنبل وعثمان بن أبي شيبة المعنى ح و حدثنا مسدد قالوا حدثنا سفيان حدثنا صالح بن كيسان
قال أبو رافع لم يأمرني رسول الله ﷺ أن أنزله ولكن ضربت قبته فنزله قال مسدد وكان على ثقل النبي ﷺ وقال عثمان يعني في الأبطح
Muslim narrated it, in the Book of Hajj, Chapter on the recommendation of camping at Muhassab on the day of departure, etc., hadith no. 1313, from the hadith of Sufyan bin Uyayna, with this chain.
