The Messenger of Allah ﷺ shaved his head during the Farewell Pilgrimage.
حدثنا قتيبة حدثنا يعقوب يعني الإسكندراني عن موسى بن عقبة عن نافع
أن رسول الله ﷺ حلق رأسه في حجة الوداع
Muslim narrated it in the Book of Hajj, Chapter on the merit of shaving over trimming and the permissibility of trimming, no. 1304, from Qutayba, and Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Hajj, Chapter on military expeditions, Chapter on the Farewell Hajj, no. 4410, 4411, from the hadith of Musa bin Uqba, through this same chain.
