Ibn Umar performed ramal from the Black Stone back to the Black Stone, and he mentioned that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ did the same.

أن ابن عمر رمل من الحجر إلى الحجر وذكر أن رسول الله ﷺ فعل ذلك
