When the Prophet ﷺ entered Mecca, he circumambulated the House and prayed two rakahs behind the Maqam, meaning on the Day of the Conquest.
حدثنا مسلم بن إبراهيم حدثنا سلام بن مسكين حدثنا ثابت البناني عن عبد الله بن رباح الأنصاري
أن النبي ﷺ لما دخل مكة طاف بالبيت وصلى ركعتين خلف المقام يعني يوم الفتح
Its isnad is sahih. Nasai narrated it in Al-Kubra, no. 11298, from the hadith of Salam bin Miskin, and Muslim, jihad, chapter on the conquest of Makkah, no. 1780, from the hadith of Thabit Bunani, with the same wording.
