The Prophet ﷺ was asked about which animals a person in the state of ihram may kill. He replied, "There are five animals which may be killed without sin, whether one is in the sacred precinct or outside it. The scorpion, the mouse, the kite, the crow, and the rabid dog."

سئل النبي ﷺ عما يقتل المحرم من الدواب فقال خمس لا جناح في قتلهن على من قتلهن في الحل والحرم العقرب والفأرة والحدأة والغراب والكلب العقور
