Dubaa bint Zubayr bin Abdul-Muttalib came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, "Messenger of Allah, I wish to perform the Hajj. Shall I make a condition?"He replied, "Yes."She asked, "What should I say?"He said, "Say, 'Here I am, O Allah, here I am. My place of release will be wherever You hold me back on the earth.'"
حدثنا أحمد بن حنبل حدثنا عباد بن العوام عن هلال بن خباب عن عكرمة
أن ضباعة بنت الزبير بن عبد المطلب أتت رسول الله ﷺ فقالت يا رسول الله إني أريد الحج أشترط قال نعم قالت فكيف أقول قال قولي لبيك اللهم لبيك ومحلي من الأرض حيث حبستني
[Sahih] Reported by Tirmidhi in the Book of Hajj, Chapter on What Has Been Said Regarding Making a Condition in Hajj, no. 941, from the hadith of Abbad bin Awwam through this chain, and he said, "Hasan sahih." It is also in Musnad Ahmad, 6/360, and Muslim reported it, no. 1208, from the hadith of Ikrima from Ibn Abbas through this chain.
