The Messenger of Allah ﷺ saw a man driving a sacrificial camel, so he said, "Ride it."The man replied, "It is a sacrificial camel."The Prophet ﷺ said, "Ride it, woe to you," the second or third time.
حدثنا القعنبي عن مالك عن أبي الزناد عن الأعرج
أن رسول الله ﷺ رأى رجلا يسوق بدنة فقال اركبها قال إنها بدنة فقال اركبها ويلك في الثانية أو في الثالثة
Bukhari related it in the Book of Hajj, Chapter on riding sacrificial camels, hadith no. 1689, and Muslim related it in the Book of Hajj, Chapter on the permissibility of riding a sacrificial camel donated as an offering for one who needs it, hadith no. 1322, from the hadith of Malik through this chain, and it is found in Muwatta (Yahya) 1/377.
