I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say to his wives during the Farewell Pilgrimage, "This time, then stay confined to your mats."
حدثنا النفيلي حدثنا عبد العزيز بن محمد عن زيد بن أسلم
سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول لأزواجه في حجة الوداع هذه ثم ظهور الحصر
[Hasan] Ahmad narrated it, 5/218, from the hadith of Abdul-Aziz Darawardi through this route, and Hafiz [Ibn Hajar] graded it sahih in Fath al-Bari, 4/740.
