I said, "Messenger of Allah, I have nothing of my own except what Zubayr brings into his house. May I give some of it in charity?"He replied, "Give, and do not withhold, lest it be withheld from you."

قلت يا رسول الله ما لي شيء إلا ما أدخل علي الزبير بيته أفأعطي منه قال أعطي ولا توكي فيوكى عليك
Its isnad is sahih. Tirmidhi narrated it in the chapters on kindness and maintaining ties, chapter on what has been said concerning generosity, hadith no. 1960, from the hadith of Ayub Sakhtiyani, with this wording, and he said, hasan sahih. Bukhari narrated it, hadith no. 1433, and Muslim, hadith no. 1029, from the hadith of Asma with this wording. See the following hadith.
