Whenever the Messenger of Allah ﷺ urinated, he would perform ablution and sprinkle water over himself.

[Hasan]. Ibn Majah reported it in the Book of Purification, chapter on sprinkling water after wudu, no. 461, and Nasai, no. 134, from the hadith of Mansur, by this route, and Hakim graded it sahih according to the criteria of the two Shaykhs (1/171), and Dhahabi agreed with him.The shaykh of Mujahid is disputed as to whether he was a companion, so his hadith does not fall below the level of hasan.
