The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Abu Mundhir, which verse from the Book of Allah that you know is the greatest?"I replied, "Allah and His Messenger know best."He said again, "Abu Mundhir, which verse from the Book of Allah that you know is the greatest?"I said, "Allah, there is no deity except Him, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of existence" [Baqarah 2:255].He struck me on the chest and said, "May this knowledge bring you joy, Abu Mundhir."

قال رسول الله ﷺ أبا المنذر أي آية معك من كتاب الله أعظم قال قلت الله ورسوله أعلم قال أبا المنذر أي آية معك من كتاب الله أعظم قال قلت {الله لا إله إلا هو الحي القيوم} قال فضرب في صدري وقال ليهن لك يا أبا المنذر العلم
