Urwa bin Ruwaym narrated to me Ansari reported,

That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to Jafar. Ibn Abbas reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to Abbas bin Abdul-Muttalib, "Abbas, my uncle, shall I not give you something, shall I not grant you something, shall I not bestow on you something, shall I not do for you ten things which, if you do them, Allah will forgive you your sins, the first and the last of them, the old and the recent, those done by mistake and those done deliberately, the small and the great, the hidden and the open? Ten things. You are to pray four rakats, reciting in each rakat Fatihah and another surah. When you finish reciting in the first rakat, while you are still standing, say, 'Glory be to Allah, praise be to Allah, there is no god but Allah, and Allah is the greatest,' fifteen times. Then bow in ruku and say it ten times while bowing. Then raise your head from the ruku and say it ten times. Then go down into sujud and say it ten times while prostrating. Then raise your head from the sujud and say it ten times. Then prostrate again and say it ten times. Then raise your head and say it ten times. That comes to seventy-five in each rakat, and you do this in all four rakats. If you are able to pray it once every day, then do so. If you cannot, then once every week. If you cannot, then once every month. If you cannot, then once every year. And if you cannot, then once in your lifetime."
