Abdullah bin Ala reported to us, and Abu Azhar Mughira bin Farwa and Yazid bin Abu Malik reported to us, that Muawiya performed wudu before the people just as he had seen the Messenger of Allah ﷺ perform it. When he came to his head, he scooped up a handful of water and received it in his left hand, then placed it on the middle of his head until the water dripped, or nearly dripped, and then he wiped from the front of his head to the back, and from the back to the front.The narrator said, He performed wudu washing each part three times, and washed his feet without counting.
