The Prophet ﷺ did not raise his hands in any supplication except in the prayer for rain, when he would raise them so high that the whiteness of his armpits could be seen.
Bukhari narrated it in "Merits," chapter "Description of the Prophet ﷺ," hadith no. 3565, from the hadith of Yazid bin Zuray, and Muslim narrated it in "Prayer for Rain," chapter "Raising the hands in supplication during the prayer for rain," hadith no. 896, from the hadith of Saeed bin Abu Aruba, with the same chain.
