The Messenger of Allah ﷺ commanded us to bring out the secluded young women on the day of Eid.Someone asked, "What about menstruating women?"He replied, "They should witness the good and the supplication of the Muslims."A woman said, "Messenger of Allah, what if one of them does not have a garment, what should she do?"He answered, "Her companion should let her wear part of her own garment."

Bukhari narrated it in Eidayn, chapter "The Going Out of Women and Menstruating Women to the Prayer Ground," hadith no. 974, and Muslim narrated it in Salat al-Eidayn, chapter "Mention of the Permissibility of Women Going Out on the Two Eids to the Prayer Ground," etc., hadith no. 890, from the hadith of Ayub with this same wording.
