The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Offer some of your prayers in your homes, and do not turn them into graves."
حدثنا أحمد بن محمد بن حنبل حدثنا يحيى عن عبيد الله أخبرني نافع
قال رسول الله ﷺ اجعلوا في بيوتكم من صلاتكم ولا تتخذوها قبورا
Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Prayer, Chapter on the Dislike of Praying in Graveyards, hadith no. 432, and Muslim narrated it in the Book of Prayer of Travelers, Chapter on the Recommendation of Performing the Voluntary Prayer at Home and Its Permissibility in the Masjid, and so on, hadith no. 777, from the hadith of Yahya Qattan through this chain. It is also found in Musnad Ahmad, 2/16, with a slight difference.
