The Prophet ﷺ said, "When a Muslim visits his sick Muslim brother, he remains in the harvest of Paradise."
Muslim also narrated it in Kitab al-Birr wal-Silah, chapter on the merit of visiting the sick, hadith no. 2568, from the hadith of Yazid bin Ibn Zuray, with the same wording. On this subject there are also narrations from Ali [to come: 969], Abu Musa [perhaps referring to the hadith of Bukhari, no. 2996, "When a servant falls ill or travels, it is recorded for him the like of what he used to do when healthy and settled"], Bara [to come: 1760], Abu Hurairah [Muslim, no. 2569], Anas [Abu Dawud, no. 3097], and Jabir [Ahmad, 3/304, and Bukhari in Adab al-Mufrad, no. 522].
