The Messenger of Allah ﷺ combined the Hajj and the Umra, performing a single tawaf for both.
حدثنا ابن أبي عمر حدثنا أبو معاوية عن الحجاج عن أبي الزبير
أن رسول الله ﷺ قرن الحج والعمرة فطاف لهما طوافا واحدا
[Sahih]. Abu Dawud also narrated it in the Book of Rites (al-Manasik), Chapter on the tawaf of one performing qiran, hadith no. 1895, with a sahih chain of transmission from Abu Zubayr, who said, "I heard Jabir bin Abdullah [narrate] it." Its basic report is found in Muslim, hadith no. 1215. The hadith has supporting narrations, including the one that follows.There is also a narration on this subject from Ibn Umar [to come at no. 948] and Ibn Abbas [Ibn Majah, hadith no. 2972].
