My father took me on hajj with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ during the Farewell Pilgrimage, when I was seven years old.
حدثنا قتيبة حدثنا حاتم بن إسمعيل عن محمد بن يوسف
حج بي أبي مع رسول الله ﷺ في حجة الوداع وأنا ابن سبع سنين
[Sahih] Bukhari also narrated it in Hajj, Chapter on the Hajj of children, no. 1858, from the hadith of Hatim bin Ismail, through this same route.
