He would raise the hadith, stating that he would stop the talbiyah during umrah upon touching the Black Stone.

[Its chain of transmission is daif] Abu Dawud narrated it in the Book of Rites, chapter "When does the one performing umrah stop the talbiyah", no. 1817, from the hadith of Hushaym, through the same chain. Muhammad bin Abu Layla is daif, and Ibn Khuzayma flagged it as defective, no. 2697. Abdul-Malik bin Abu Sulayman and others narrated it from Ataa as a stopped report (Bayhaqi, 5/104), and this is the correct version.There is also a report on this subject from Abdullah bin Amr [Ahmad, 2/180, and Bayhaqi, 5/105].
