The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade a woman from shaving her head.

نهى رسول الله ﷺ أن تحلق المرأة رأسها
[Hasan]Nasai also narrated it (8/130, no. 5052) (Chapter: Adornment, Section: The prohibition of a woman shaving her head) from Muhammad bin Musa, through his chain. This hadith has supporting narrations in Abu Dawud, no. 1985, and elsewhere.
