I saw the Prophet ﷺ touching it and kissing it.The man said, "What do you think if I am overcome by the crowd? What do you think if I am crowded out?"Ibn Umar replied, "Take your 'what do you think' to Yemen. I saw the Prophet ﷺ touching it and kissing it."He said, this is Zubayr bin Arabi, from whom Hammad bin Zayd narrated.As for Zubayr bin Adi, he was a Kufan whose kunya was Abu Salama. He heard from Anas bin Malik and several other companions of the Prophet ﷺ. Sufyan Thawri and several other leading scholars narrated from him.
حدثنا قتيبة حدثنا حماد بن زيد عن الزبير بن عربي أن رجلا سأل ابن عمر
رأيت النبي ﷺ يستلمه ويقبله فقال الرجل أرأيت إن غلبت عليه أرأيت إن زوحمت فقال ابن عمر اجعل أرأيت باليمن رأيت النبي ﷺ يستلمه ويقبله قال وهذا هو الزبير بن عربي روى عنه حماد بن زيد والزبير بن عدي كوفي يكنى أبا سلمة سمع من أنس بن مالك وغير واحد من أصحاب النبي ﷺ روى عنه سفيان الثوري وغير واحد من الأئمة
