[Sahih] Muslim also related it, in the Book of Hajj, chapter on explaining the forms of ihram etc, hadith no. 1211/122, from the hadith of Malik with this same chain, and it is in Muwatta, 1/335 (Yahya).On this subject there is also a report from Jabir [Bukhari, no. 1568, and Muslim, no. 1213] and Ibn Umar [Muslim, no. 1231].Regarding the hadith "He performed Hajj alone... etc," its isnad is hasan. Umari from Nafi is strong, as noted in Tashil Hajah, nos. 366, 1299, 2/1071.
