A man came to the Prophet ﷺ and asked, "Messenger of Allah, what makes Hajj obligatory?"He replied, "Provisions and a means of transport."
حدثنا يوسف بن عيسى حدثنا وكيع حدثنا إبراهيم بن يزيد عن محمد بن عباد بن جعفر
جاء رجل إلى النبي ﷺ فقال يا رسول الله ما يوجب الحج قال الزاد والراحلة
[Its chain is daif] It was also reported by Ibn Majah in the Book of Hajj Rituals, chapter on what makes Hajj obligatory, hadith 2896, from the hadith of Waki through the same chain. Ibrahim bin Yazid Khawzi is daif, and it has other daif routes narrated from Anas, Ayesha, and others.
