The Prophet ﷺ used to wake his family during the last ten nights of Ramadan.
حدثنا محمود بن غيلان حدثنا وكيع حدثنا سفيان عن أبي إسحق عن هبيرة بن يريم
أن النبي ﷺ كان يوقظ أهله في العشر الأواخر من رمضان
[Sahih] Ahmad (1/148) also narrated it from Waki through the same route, and its chain of transmission is daif, but it has many corroborating narrations in Bukhari (2024), Muslim (1174), and others.
