The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Do not practice continuous fasting."They said, "But you yourself fast continuously, Messenger of Allah."He replied, "I am not like any of you. My Lord feeds me and gives me drink."

قال رسول الله ﷺ لا تواصلوا قالوا فإنك تواصل يا رسول الله قال إني لست كأحدكم إن ربي يطعمني ويسقيني
