A man came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "My eye is sore. May I apply kohl while I am fasting?"He replied, "Yes."

Takhrij, its chain is daif. Abu Atikah is daif (Taqrib). There is also a report on this topic from Abu Rafi [Bayhaqi 4/262, where he said, "It is not strong."]
