حدثنا قتيبة حدثنا ابن لهيعة عن مشرح بن هاعان
قلت يا رسول الله فضلت سورة الحج بأن فيها سجدتين قال نعم ومن لم يسجدهما فلا يقرأهما
[Its chain of transmission is hasan]. Abu Dawud narrated it in Sujud al-Quran, in the chapter "The subdivisions of the chapters on sujud, and how many sajdahs are in the Quran," hadith no. 1402, from the hadith of Ibn Lahia through this route, and he explicitly stated that he heard it directly, in the narration of Ibn Wahb from him (Hakim, 2/390). Mirak graded the hadith sahih, as mentioned in Mirqat al-Qari.Commentary, the hadith is hasan, according to the preferred view. The majority of scholars considered him trustworthy, and it is not established that catapults were set up against him. Also on this topic, there is a report from Umar bin Khattab [Malik in Muwatta, 1/205, 206, and Bayhaqi, 2/317] and from Ibn Umar [Malik, 1/206, and Bayhaqi].
