The Prophet ﷺ said the takbir seven times in the first rakah before the recitation, and five times in the second rakah before the recitation, during the two Eid prayers.
حدثنا مسلم بن عمرو أبو عمرو الحذاء المديني حدثنا عبد الله بن نافع الصائغ
أن النبي ﷺ كبر في العيدين في الأولى سبعا قبل القراءة وفي الآخرة خمسا قبل القراءة
[Hasan] Ibn Majah also narrated it in the Book of Establishing Prayers, Chapter on How Many Times the Imam Should Say Takbir in the Eid Prayers, hadith 1279, from the hadith of Kathir Awfi, and he is very daif, abandoned, and accused of lying, so the chain is very daif.
