Abdullah bin Masud reported,
Whenever the Messenger of Allah ﷺ settled upon the pulpit, we would turn our faces toward him.

Darussalam
Sourcing, daif. Abu Naeem narrated it in Hilyat Awliya 5/45 through the hadith of Abbad bin Yaqub Rafidi, and its chain is very daif. The hadith has daif corroborating narrations found in Ibn Majah, no. 1136, and Bayhaqi (3/198, 199) and others. Bukhari narrated it in his Sahih, before hadith no. 921, as a stopped narration attributed to Ibn Umar and Anas.
