Ayesha reported,
Someone asked Aisha, "Who was the most beloved person to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ?"She replied, "Fatimah."It was said, "And among the men?"She answered, "Her husband, who, as far as I knew, was a man of constant fasting and prayer."

Sourcing, its chain is daif. Hakim narrated it in 3/157 from the hadith of Abdul-Salam, with the same wording, and said, "This is a hadith with a sahih chain," but its chain is daif, as the majority of scholars have all deemed it daif. The hadith has supporting narrations, including no. 3868.
