Uqba bin Amir reported,

[Its isnad is hasan]. Ahmad narrated it (4/155) from the hadith of Ibn Lahia through this route, and he explicitly stated that he heard it directly. Abu Abdul-Rahman al-Muqri, Abdullah bin Wahb, and others narrated from him. It has a hasan corroborating witness in Ahmad (2/354).
