Abdullah bin Abbas reported,
He saw Jibreel 
twice, and the Prophet ﷺ supplicated for him twice.

Darussalam
[Its chain of transmission is daif]. Ibn Saad narrated it in 2/370 through a discredited route from Sufyan Thawri, from Layth bin Abu Salim, who is daif and a mudallis, as noted many times before, and Sufyan Thawri used the ambiguous form "ana" in transmitting it.
