The Prophet ﷺ saw a young servant of ours named Aflah who would blow on the ground when he prostrated. He said, "Aflah, let your face touch the dust."Ahmad bin Mani said that Abbad bin Awwam disliked blowing during the prayer, but said that if a person did blow, it would not invalidate his prayer.Ahmad bin Mani said, "And this is the view we follow."

رأى النبي ﷺ غلاما لنا يقال له أفلح إذا سجد نفخ فقال يا أفلح ترب وجهك قال أحمد بن منيع وكره عباد بن العوام النفخ في الصلاة وقال إن نفخ لم يقطع صلاته قال أحمد بن منيع وبه نأخذ

Ahmad narrated it in 6/323, no. 27270, and Hakim in 1/271, from the hadith of Abu Hamza with this wording.Maymun Abu Hamza al-Awar al-Qassab is daif (Taqrib).He was corroborated by Saeed Abu Uthman al-Warraq, as found in Ahmad 6/301, no. 27107, and by Dawud bin Abu Hind, as found in Ibn Hibban, no. 483, and Abu Salih graded the hadith hasan.
