The Messenger of Allah ﷺ ordered that all the doors be closed except the door of Ali.
حدثنا محمد بن حميد الرازي حدثنا إبراهيم بن المختار عن شعبة عن أبي بلج عن عمرو بن ميمون
أن رسول الله ﷺ أمر بسد الأبواب إلا باب علي
[Hasan] Nasai narrated it in Khasais (42) from the hadith of Shubah through this same chain, and Hakim narrated it from the hadith of Abu Balaj through this same chain at greater length (3/132-134), grading it sahih, and Dhahabi agreed with him. Abu Balaj is Yahya bin Salim, whom the majority of scholars deemed trustworthy, and his hadith is hasan.
