Ali bin Abu Talib reported,

I was with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ when Abu Bakr and Umar appeared. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "These two are the masters of the mature men of Paradise, from the first and the last, except for the prophets and messengers. Ali, do not tell them."

حدثنا علي بن حجر أخبرنا الوليد بن محمد الموقري عن الزهري عن علي بن الحسين

عن علي بن أبي طالب قال

كنت مع رسول الله ﷺ إذ طلع أبو بكر وعمر فقال رسول الله ﷺ هذان سيدا كهول أهل الجنة من الأولين والآخرين إلا النبيين والمرسلين يا علي لا تخبرهما
