My father heard me saying, "Allah, I seek refuge in You from anxiety, laziness, and the punishment of the grave."He asked, "My son, from whom did you learn this?"I replied, "I heard you saying these words."He said, "Hold fast to them, for I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying them."

سمعني أبي وأنا أقول اللهم إني أعوذ بك من الهم والكسل وعذاب القبر قال يا بني ممن سمعت هذا قلت سمعتك تقولهن قال الزمهن فإني سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقولهن
[Its chain of transmission is hasan] Hakim also narrated it, 1/533, from the hadith of Abu Asim Nabil, through him, and graded it sahih according to the standard of Muslim, and Dhahabi agreed with him. Ibn Khuzayma also narrated it, no. 747, from the hadith of Sufyan Shahham, through him.
