Whenever the Prophet ﷺ saw a strong wind, he would say, "Allah, I ask You for its good, the good within it, and the good with which it has been sent, and I seek refuge in You from its evil, the evil within it, and the evil with which it has been sent."
Muslim also narrated it in "Prayer for Rain," chapter "Seeking Refuge with Allah upon Seeing Wind and Clouds, and Rejoicing at Rain," hadith no. 899, from the hadith of Ibn Jurayj through the same chain. On this topic there is also a report from Ubayy bin Kaab [previously mentioned at 2252].
