The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever enters the marketplace and says, 'There is no god but Allah, alone, with no partner. To Him belongs the dominion and to Him belongs all praise. He gives life and causes death, and He is ever-living and never dies. In His hand is all good, and He has power over all things,' Allah will record for him a million good deeds, erase from him a million sins, and build for him a house in Paradise."
حدثنا بذلك أحمد بن عبدة الضبي حدثنا حماد بن زيد والمعتمر بن سليمان قالا حدثنا عمرو بن دينار وهو قهرمان آل الزبير
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال من قال في السوق لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له له الملك وله الحمد يحيي ويميت وهو حي لا يموت بيده الخير وهو على كل شيء قدير كتب الله له ألف ألف حسنة ومحا عنه ألف ألف سيئة وبنى له بيتا في الجنة
[Its chain of transmission is daif] Ibn Majah also narrated it in the Book of Trade, Chapter on Markets and Entering Them, no. 2235, from the hadith of Hammad bin Zayd, with the same wording. This Amr bin Dinar is daif, and the hadith has daif corroborating narrations in Hakim, 1/538, 539, and in Ibn Sunni and others.The hadith of Yahya bin Salim Taifi was narrated by Hakim, 1/539, and Dhahabi said, "Bukhari said, Imran is one whose hadith is rejected (munkar al-hadith)."
