The Messenger of Allah ﷺ recited this verse, "On that Day it will report its news" [Zalzalah 99:4], then asked, "Do you know what its news is?"They replied, "Allah and His Messenger know best."He said, "Its news is that it will testify against every male and female servant concerning what they did upon its surface. It will say, 'He did such and such on this day.' That is its news."
حدثنا سويد بن نصر أخبرنا عبد الله بن المبارك أخبرنا سعيد بن أبي أيوب عن يحيى بن أبي سليمان عن سعيد المقبري
قرأ رسول الله ﷺ هذه الآية {يومئذ تحدث أخبارها} قال أتدرون ما أخبارها قالوا الله ورسوله أعلم قال فإن أخبارها أن تشهد على كل عبد أو أمة بما عمل على ظهرها تقول عمل يوم كذا كذا وكذا فهذه أخبارها
